Welcome to BumbleTasks! By downloading or using BumbleTasks (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

BumbleTasks is a family task and reward management app designed to help parents assign tasks to children and motivate them with point-based rewards.

✅ Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, or a legal guardian.
• You have the authority to create accounts for children under your care.
• You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Accounts

BumbleTasks is designed for families. One adult creates a Family account and may invite a co-parent or add child profiles.

• You are responsible for all activity within your Family account.
• Child profiles are created and managed by the parent/guardian.
• You are responsible for ensuring children use the App appropriately.
• Invite codes should not be shared publicly.

🔒 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately at support@bumbletasks.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

⭐ Points & Rewards

Points awarded within BumbleTasks are virtual and have no monetary value. They exist solely to motivate children within the context of your family's use of the App.

• Points and rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money.
• We reserve the right to adjust or reset points in case of technical issues.

🚫 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another family's data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use automated scripts to interact with the App.
• Post or transmit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

🛑 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your use of the App is harmful to others or to the App's integrity.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

⚖️ Disclaimer of Warranties

BumbleTasks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

We are not liable for any loss of data, points, or rewards due to technical issues.

📬 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
